• Being connected to a Wesley Foundation or Young Adult ministries at a United Methodist Church in the Baltimore-Washington or Pen-Del Annual Conferences.

• Committed to actively responding with advocacy steps mobilizing the local church and the conference to push for immigration policy change centering on the immigrant community.
