Clergy Supply and Coverage Database

The Board of Ordained Ministry takes its role in supporting the well-being of clergy persons seriously. One of the insights gleaned from your responses in the 2022 Gender, Race, and Ministry study was the need for enhanced systems of support for those seeking to take vacation or leave, specifically in securing the necessary worship and pastoral care coverage. As United Methodists, we live and serve in a connectional system that enables us to support one another. To that end, the Board is creating a database of clergy persons available to preach or be available for pastoral care within the Baltimore-Washington Conference.
