Exhibitor registration for the BWC Annual Conference opens at noon March 13 and closes at noon on Monday, April 29, 2020.

2019 Exhibitors should have received an email with registration details and instructions prior to March 13.  If you are a previous Exhibitor and did not receive the email, please send a request to .

First-time exhibitors should send email to for registration guidance.

Hotel Registration

If you are an exhibitor but not a conference participant and require hotel accommodations, you may reserve your room on the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel registration website here

You may also call the registration line on 1-877-212-5752.  Please advise the reservationist that you are eligible to receive the BWC Conference rate of $170 for single, double or triple.  We recommend that you register early if a room is required.
