Annual Conference Fees

The daily hotel room rate is $170 plus tax for a single, double or triple room until these rooms are sold out. You can register online or call 1-877-212-5752 to reserve a room. Please advise the reservation agent that you are eligible to receive the BWC Conference rate. 

The theme of this year’s session is We are One: Going out in Mission. We hope you will join us in prayer as we unite for a time of meaningful fellowship, profound worship and holy conferencing.

  • $149 General   April 2 thru midnight May 1   
  • $199 Late   May 2 thru May 20 and on-site beginning May 27

  • Canceled On/Before May 15th
    Full Refund of all fees paid.
  • Cancelled May 16th - May 27th
    • Conference Registration
      • Refund of ($139/$149/$199) fee paid, less a $75 cancellation charge.
    • Other Fees - Meals, Workshops, Bus and/or Childcare
      • Refund of 50% of fee(s) paid
  • Canceled On/After May 27th
    No Refunds except with documented valid reason.
