Strength, fitness, and stamina are sometimes unfairly valued over other qualities in men. While most men are familiar with the importance of physical health and exercise, not all are aware of the important link between physical and mental health.  Men’s Health and Wellness: A Connection of Body & Mind is an engaging presentation about the male experience with mental health.  Learn how the connection of body and mind can improve a man’s physical and mental well-being and enhance both vitality and longevity.
