    Reflect on what you might need to do in order to better:

    1. Listen. If you are going to lead people you need to listen and ask questions more than give answers.
    2. Empower and equip people. The leader isn’t about getting the credit, but about helping people sense that they are really fulfilling God's purpose in their lives.
    3. Be fearless and help people be fearless (not stupid). So that the new, interesting, creative thing that might completely dismantle what used to be so that growth can happen.
