AC Check In
Checking in at Annual Conference.
All those who registered on/before the May 8th deadline will receive registration materials in the mail. The packets were mailed on May 16th and will arrive in a small white window envelope (about the size of a large postcard) that looks like the image below.
What is in the registration packet?
- Name Badge, Dietary Restriction Alert Card*, and tickets for items selected/purchased during registration, including Conference Workshops, Meals, Special Meal Events

When your packet arrives.
- Carefully review everything inside. Don’t discard any cards in your packet, even if you think something is incorrect. If you have a question or problem, each card contains information to help us quickly research your issue and address your concerns.
When you arrive at the Conference.
- Proceed directly to a check-in station in the Clergy or Laity check-in area. Present the card labeled "Check-In Info" and your completed/signed Credential Form*.
*Vistors, guests and exhibitors are not required to provide a credential form.
- You will receive a name badge holder/lanyard, the proper badge ribbon, a voting card (if applicable) and a conference bag containing our conference book and other materials.
Resolving Common Issues
- Incorrect name tag - When checking in, mention you need a corrected name tag, and our staff will direct you to the registration office.
- Ticket Issues - Email us at If revised or additional tickets are needed, proceed to the Check-In area first, then go to our registration office to pick up your revised or additional tickets.
- Lost packet - Proceed to our Registration Office upon arrival and we will re-print your registration packet materials. Please allow a little extra time for this process.
