He recently interviewed two United Methodists with unique perspectives on the situation there: Pastor Volodymyr Prokip, who leads a student ministry in Lviv, Ukraine, and Bishop Eduard Khegay, resident bishop of the Eurasia Episcopal Area (which includes Russia and Ukraine).
