Through discussions, participants will:

• Clarify the SPRC’s Role: Dive into the main duties of the SPRC and its influence on both pastoral care and congregational interactions.
• Strengthen Communication: Develop techniques for open conversations and constructive feedback between clergy and church members.
• Discover practical ways to support and uplift your pastor(s), promoting a spirit of teamwork and shared purpose.
• Address Challenges: Learn practical approaches to conflict resolution and overcoming obstacles within the church family.
• Foster a Healthy Church Environment: Discover strategies to create a welcoming, cooperative culture that inspires participation and spiritual growth.
