This is a virtual training course for pastors and lay leaders through the Next Level Leaders Academy.  This training will assist participants in understanding and identifying some of the nuances that church leaders may have to deal with during the post-pandemic. The course also explores some of the skills needed to assist parishioners in managing and dealing with stress and understanding principles and strategies for rebuilding, growing, and evangelizing in its local community.
