ROCK 2012 HOTEL Information (updated September 2, 2011)
You will need to make your reservations and financial arrangements directly with your hotel. Blocks of rooms have been arranged at local hotels to offer discounted rates. You must contact the hotel of your choice and make your reservations before January 1, 2012. Tell them you are part of the ROCK Youth Retreat to get the discounted rate. There is a two night minimum stay to get the discounted rate. Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival date. Make your reservations as early as possible!
Taxes: Prices do not include taxes. You must provide your church tax exempt ID information in advance to avoid the 6% MD state tax. There is a 4.5% Ocean City tax that is still applicable. Check in/check out times must be confirmed with your hotel.
