We know of the busyness of your day. When we’re too busy, God sometimes can’t find us! We want you to come out and hear about how to clean your vessels. Seek the many ways to clear out the clutter that is clogging your vessels, with all of the frustrations and day to day events. Come and find time and space to listen to God.

We are excited  to be hosting this event here at the Conference Mission Center and invite you to participate. We want to establish a successful support system to address the needs of church secretaries, administrators and local church lay personnel.

Presenter

Barbara JaquetteBarbara Ann Jaquette, Counselor/Therapist/MSW, LGSW

Barbara brings more than fifteen years of experience to her work with individuals and couples. Her practice focuses largely on personal struggles with depression, anxiety, loss, life transitions, and relationships. Barbara has a Masters in Social Work, and is a licensed Graduate Social Worker.

She has a strong desire to work with individuals to discover what creates pain in their lives and causes them to feel distress.

In addition to her clinical work, Barbara teaches classes related to mental health issues, personal wellness, self-care, and spiritual growth. She is an experienced retreat leader and facilitates consultations for individuals and groups.

In her congregation she is the leader of the Stephen Ministry program, an international ministry of listening and companioning for people going through  difficult times. She facilitates a monthly support group for clergy members of the National Capital Presbytery. She is also a noted leader in studies of the Enneagram which is an in-depth personality typing system that offers a meaningful path for the spiritual journey.
