Prerequisite: Approved application by your Pastor, SPRC Chair, Church Council Chair and District Superintendent. Successful completion of Basic Lay Servant Ministries class and plans to take an Advance Lay Servant Ministries Class before the beginning of Module 4 in January 2018.
