Attending ROCK for the first time?  Five things you should know: 

  1. ROCK registration is online with payment by credit card.  A group leader will enter the online registration system (Gateway) sign in with your user name and password (new users - follow directions to establish a user name and password).  You enter the number of people attending (including the group leader(s) and pay the per person fee indicated below for either the Main Hall or the Upper Room.
  2. November 1st, you will receive an e-mail asking you to pre-register for 'breakout sessions'.  You will enter the online registration, sign in with your user name and password and select the breakout sessions for your youth and youth leaders.  (For a listing of breakouts, see the tab at the left available October 15th)  Pre-registration is recommended. (There is no additional fee for breakout sessions)
  3. Local hotels in Ocean City have special rates for ROCK.  See the list of hotels and rates on the tab at the left.
  4. In December,  you will receive another e-mail with your welcome letter, ROCK rules and an event program.
  5. T-shirts, sweatshirts and other ROCK merchandise can be pre-ordered (see link to the left) to be picked up at ROCK.  Mercandise will be available at the same price for purchase at ROCK, however pre-ordering will guarantee the size selected.

Upon arriving at ROCK, the youth leader will enter the registration area and collect the  registration packets that will be listed under the name of the Youth Leader or Representative who made the online registration.  (The packets will not be filed by church name)

Payment by Check:  An additional fee of $25 for payment by check, for a paper registration form, e-mail: pbowen@bwcumc.org Registration is not complete until check payment is received, if the main hall is full, registration will be made in the upper room. 

REGISTER FOR  MAIN HALL OR UPPER ROOM:  Steve Fitzhugh, the special guest speaker will be rotating between the Main Hall and the Upper Room so that he is 'live' in both locations during the event.  Music will be live bands in both the Upper Room and Main Hall. Nichole C. Mullen will be live in the Upper Room on Saturday Night and Sunday Morning and will be live in the Main Hall on Friday night and Saturday night.    Both locations will feature special DJs and live drama and dance.

MAIN HALL - Registration for the Main Hall (first floor) will be on a first come/first serve basis and in previous years has been filled to capacity by November 1st.  (4000 capacity)

UPPER ROOM - Registration for the Upper Room (second floor) (2000 capacity)
