CCYM will focus on joyful Christian discipleship; developing programs and events that promote Christian fellowship, growth, and unity; encourage and empower youth leaders; and be both a forum and advocate for the youth of the Baltimore-Washington Conference.

ROCK is an exciting Christian weekend retreat in which youth in grades 6-12 from the Baltimore Washington Conference of the United Methodist Church will gather at the Roland E Powell Ocean City Convention Center, 4001 Coastal Highway.  The purpose of the retreat is to "ROCK" the lives of our youth and help them into a new or deeper faith in and personal relationship with the ROCK of our Salvation, Jesus. Duke Youth Academy, part of Leadership Education at Duke Divinity, is an intensive encounter with Christian life. The Silver Ring Thing promotes the message of abstinence until marriage centered in a relationship with Jesus Christ through two methods: a Live Event and a small group Silver Ring Thing resource called Project 434. Since 1995, SRT has hosted over 700 events in 8 countries, reaching over 417,000 total attendees.
