Internet Explorer 10 (web browser included with Windows 8) will NOT work correctly with EZRA.

Solution #1: Use a different computer - running Windows XP, Vista or 7

Solution #2: Use a different internet browser - Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Safari. These browsers are free, safe and available online.

Statistical Reports 2012 (Step-by-Step)

Prepare
- Gather your records & data
- Download & Review:
- Create EZRA user account
- Review/Utilize resources listed on the right side of this page
- Prepare your data
Report
- Enter your data in GCFA’s system
  - Resolve errors
  - Enter explanations as required
  - Submit data before 1/25/2013 (12 Noon)
Review and Approve
- Receive stats submission confirmation from BWC
- Review and Approve your stats data
- Submit Approval to BWC before 1/30/2013 (12 Noon)
