  • Gather your records & data
  • Download & Review:
    • Letter from BWC Finance (see above)
    • EZRA account setup guide
    • Sample tables & Instructions
      • Compensation Worksheet
    • Stats Guidelines
    • Stats Workshop Presentation
  • Create EZRA user account
  • Review/Utilize resources listed on the right side of this page
  • Prepare your data
• Report
  • Enter your data in GCFA’s system
    • Resolve errors
    • Enter explanations as required (download instructions here)
    • Submit data before 1/17/12 (12pm)
• Review and Approve
  • Receive stats submission confirmation from BWC
  • Review and Approve your stats data
  • Submit Approval to BWC
