The Laity Fix is a workshop, based on the book by Lynda Byrd, that examines the challenges and opportunities within today’s faith communities for leaders.  

 This workshop is designed to explore the value of the congregational analysis; offer strategies for sustained leadership development; and Identify growth opportunities through mission and ministry initiatives. 

The free workshop is sponsored by the BWC Office of Leadership and Congregation Development. Byrd's book, "The Laity Fix" is sold out.   Copies can be ordered through Amazon.
