Auburn mission project: The United Methodist Men of the Baltimore Region and the Baltimore-Washington Conference have extended Project Hope, a mission initiative to help clean up and beautify Mt. Auburn Cemetery, 2501 Hollins Ferry Road in Baltimore. The work will continue on this important United Methodist landmark every other Saturday as long as weather holds. The next cleanup day is Oct.4, from 7 a.m. to noon. Bring gloves, plastic bags and lawn maintenance equipment.
