Rev. Olu Brown

Rev. Olujimi (Olu) Brown is married to Farrah D. Brown.  They are the proud parents of Daya Elom Brown.  Olu is a native of Lufkin, Texas. He graduated from Jarvis Christian College in Hawkins, Texas, with a degree in Elementary Education.  He earned a Masters of Divinity degree from Gammon Theological Seminary of the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Olu serves as the Lead Pastor of Impact Church, a new church currently meeting at Brown Middle School in West End Atlanta.

Zero to 80: Innovative Ideas for Planting and Accelerating Church Growth, the new book by Olu Brown and the Impact Church team, is available at www.0to80.org and on site at the event.

Joyful Noise Choir

Joyful Noise! is the youth choir from Oakdale Emory United Methodist Church in Olney, Maryland, which, under the direction of Tom and Becki Price, specializes in contemporary Christian and Gospel music. The choir is open to all youth in grades 7-12 regardless of religious affiliation or musical ability.The choir's success is attributable to the power of prayer and a view of worship as being exciting, personal and even fun. The choir is continually rededicated to the glory of God and committed to child development at home and around the world.
