Coach Approach Skills Training Two (CAST 2)

Prerequisite:  Must have successfully completed CAST 1

Cost $450 per person

Registration deadline is Sept. 1

This highly experiential two-day training will take you deeper into developing the skills you gained in CAST 1 where you will work on listening and hearing and developing your skills as a coach.

This two-day training deepens the basic skills while introducing the advanced skills of coaching to denominational leaders and pastors working to build vital congregations. This training covers laser informing, hunches and blurts and blunders, encourage and celebrate, huge requests and challenges, metaphors and image, saboteur and future self, and personal coaching style inventory.

Instructor: Chris Holmes, ACC and George Howard, ACC will co-actively lead this training
